Terms of Use

You must be 16+ to use the Services. If you're under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need permission from a parent/guardian.

• Keep your account details secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account.
• Please keep your profile respectful and accurate;do not impersonate anyone.

We offer paid subscriptions that auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Prices, features, and plans may change;if we change recurring prices, we'll let you know in advance and give you a chance to cancel. Taxes/VAT may apply based on your billing address and local rules. We process payments via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We don't store full card numbers.

Our members area lets subscribers post, comment, react, and message.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts that breach these rules.

You keep ownership of content you post ("User Content"). You grant Cata Yoga a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create adaptations of your User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services (including community displays and backups).

You're responsible for your User Content. Only post what you have the right to share. You can delete your posts;reasonable residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with details (links, proof of ownership). We may remove content and, where appropriate, notify the user.

The Services, including videos, classes, sequences, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Cata Yoga and protected by IP laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial use while your subscription is active.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, or publicly perform our classes without written permission.

Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and cookies in our Cookie Notice (see Site footer). By using the Services, you acknowledge these documents.

From time to time, live classes may be unavailable (for example, due to holidays, illness, or other unforeseen events). We'll always try to give at least 14 days' notice for planned breaks.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in this clause affects your legal rights under applicable consumer laws.

We use third-party providers for hosting, video, analytics, email, payments, etc. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We're not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay.

You may stop using the Services at any time and/or cancel your subscription (see Section 2). Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete or restrict access to User Content in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee any specific results from practicing yoga.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cata Yoga and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory rights that prevail over parts of this section.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may grant you additional rights or allow you to bring claims locally.

We may send you service notices (e.g., billing, security, policy updates) by email or in-app. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time (see Privacy Policy).

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you (e.g., by email or in-app). The updated Terms apply from the "Effective date" shown above. If you continue using the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

Questions, feedback, or complaints:

• EU/UK consumers: You may have statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal period for digital subscriptions (see Section 2) and rights regarding defective digital content.
• Spain: We operate from Spain and comply with applicable Spanish and EU rules for online services and consumer protection.
• Worldwide: Local laws may provide additional consumer protections. These Terms apply to the extent permitted by your local mandatory law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and Cata Yoga regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
